The Storytelling Competition in English, as part of this year’s Winter Festival, has captured considerable attention from our dear Genee participants. Through three competition rounds, the magical journey unfolds onto a diverse and vibrant stage, bringing the world of recreated books to life.
In the first round, contestants must persuade the judging panel through videos that capture their storytelling along with their expressions and body language. Contestants who advance past the first round will participate in the stage challenge, where they will face familiar teachers in the role of judges instead of mere cameras.
After the stage challenge, the 12 outstanding Genee participants, with captivating stories from various grades, made an impressive presentation in front of the entire audience—their fellow students. They also faced challenging questions from the judging panel members such as teacher Lyes, teacher Luke, and teacher Bee.
After consideration of elements like creativity, uniqueness, the emotional resonance of the story, expressive skills, interactive capabilities, and direct feedback from the contestants, the judging panel has decided to confer special awards upon the students:

  • Vuong Ngoc Yen (3A1) with the story “Is that you, Santa?”

These stories will continue to convey their love to anyone who has the opportunity to listen and feel.
